fStream uses this auth service to let users connect streaming providers to the fStream mobile app.

Information We Collect

Google and YouTube Data

When you connect YouTube, fStream requests read-only YouTube access. fStream uses this access to read your existing YouTube live stream ingestion information so the app can configure your selected streaming destination. fStream does not upload, edit, delete, or publish YouTube videos.

When you enable Google Drive recording backup, fStream requests Drive file access so it can create a fStream Recordings folder and upload recordings that you choose to back up. fStream does not read unrelated Drive files.

How We Use Information

We use connected account data only to authenticate your account, show connection status, configure stream destinations inside fStream, and back up recordings when you enable that feature.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share provider tokens or stream keys except as needed to operate the fStream app features you use.

Storage and Security

Provider connection data is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure for the auth service. fStream Cloud recording backups are stored in Cloudflare R2. Access is limited to the service operations required by fStream.

Disconnecting and Deletion

You can disconnect a provider from the fStream app. Disconnecting removes the provider setup used by the mobile app. You can also revoke fStream access in your provider account security settings. Deleting your fStream account removes fStream Cloud backup records and stored fStream Cloud recording objects.
